      • I would have appreciated it if Oh-Vienna kept a better eye on facilities offered by owners. I had been travelling for over 4 weeks and I would not have rented the apartment at all, had I known there was no washing machine. Not other apartment that I rented over the 5 weeks overseas has falsely advertised.

We regret that your stay in the apartment was not satisfactory and confirm that we have taken into account your comments, seeing as our main objective is to offer high quality accommodation to our customers. In addition, we confirm that we have passed on the comments which you sent us in regards to your stay to the property owner. We also confirm that we carry out regular checks of the apartments which we rent on our webpage in order to offer high quality to all our clients, and confirm that this apartment did not list on our website that it has a washing machine at any moment.

      • Booking was very easy and I liked that. The problems came with trying to get directions to the apartment, for example (I had to ask for directions about five times), and then the man who met us to hand us the keys was half an hour late and I had to call him, even though I'd already explained what time we would arrive. (I think he was the owner but at the time I thought he was an Oh employee.) After that, everything was fine. I just think that better communication between the owner and Oh would help.
