The apartment can be found in the attic of a fin-de-siècle building and offers views over the town hall. The metro station (line 2) is nearby, being only 30 meters from the apartment. The parliament is a 2 minute walk away and there are two supermarkets very close to the apartment.
This beautiful apartment, of 45m2, has a bedroom and a living room. In the bedroom there is a double bed while in the living room you will find a double sofa bed for two other guests. The apartment also has: a cable TV, a DVD player, a radio, a Hi-Fi and heating.
The bathroom is complete and has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The American styled kitchen leads straight into the living room and has all the kitchen utensils you will need to have a pleasant and stress-free stay in Vienna. There is an oven, a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Sheets, towels, iron and a hairdryer are available to guests at no extra charge.

We are two couples in our 40s and we spent 3 days in this spacious, bright, clean flat. Its location is excellent, just 1 minute walking to trams 1 and 2, close to the Museums Quartier and the Rathaus; few steps to two supermarkets. The owner was kind and very helpful. We definitely recommend this ...place and we would undoubtedly stay again on a future visit!
