This pretty 66 square metre apartment is perfect for up to 6 people and has a big bedroom with a double bed in it, another small bedroom with 2 single beds, a big living room with a reclinable bed for 2 people, a dining area, a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, a complete bath with a shower and a separate toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor in a typical Viennese building. One part of the apartment looks out over the pleasant and tranquil interior patio while the other looks out over the road. The open-plan kitchen is totally equipped and has a coffee machine, a kettle, dishes, a dishwasher, cutlery, pots and pans and a microwave is available on request. The bathroom is complete and has a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hair dryer. You will find a radio, a satellite TV and an Internet connection in the living room.

Bien dans l'ensemble, mais prévu pour 6 personnes avec un canapé-lit dans le salon qui était cassé. L'une de nous a dû dormir sur un matelas par terre; pas très agréable.... La chasse d'eau avait du mal à se fermer et coulait souvent, porte de la douche mal enclenchée; certaines prises de ...courant ne fonctionnaient pas, seulement 2 prises pour brancher 4 appareils dans la cuisine (une multiprise aurait été la bienvenue!).... Points positifs: lave-vaisselle, vaste canapé, lit de la chambre confortable, vaisselle en quantité suffisante,WI FI. L'appartement était propre et l'immeuble était correct. Quartier moyen, je me suis fait voler mon porte-feuille dans le bus en rentrant.... Donc cet appartement a vraiment besoin d'une petite révision mais nous avons cependant passé un agréable séjour.

Very cozy Apartment.Ich was just before Christmas with my family and it was very warm in the apartment.Shopping Center is reached in 2 minutes on foot.So, the location is very good, even quiet!We ran on foot up in Centrum in 1 hour comfortably, but tram or bus can be found right at the nearby ...apartment. parking is a par Street to close, P R 3? per day or Saturday Sunday free before apartment u. I was very happy and above all very friendly hostess!Thank you!
Sehr gemütliche Apartment.Ich war mit meiner Familie kurz vor Weihnachten und es war sehr warm in Wohnung .Einkaufzentrum ist in 2 min. zu Fuß erreicht.Also die Lage ist sehr gut, auch ruhig!Wir sind auch zu Fuß bis in Centrum gelaufen in ca. 1 Stunde gemütlich,aber Straßenbahn oder Buß sind ...gleich zu finden in die nähe von Apartment.Parkmöglichkeiten sind ein par Straße in die nähe, P+R für 3€pro Tag oder Samstag u Sonntag umsonst vor Apartment. Ich war sehr zufrieden und vor allem sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin!Danke!
