This wonderful 69 m2 apartment can comfortably sleep up to four people and is located on the 1st floor (with a lift) of a typical Viennese residential building with all mod cons for a perfect holiday.

The cozy lounge is furnished and harmoniously decorated with two double sofas (one a sofa bed), a modern flat-screen television, DVD player and internet connection to offer guests everything they might need during their stay. The living room area includes a classical table and comfortable chairs to enjoy meal times in the company of family and friends. The modern kitchen is independent although opens up onto the lounge-living room area, and is a wonderful space for guests to prepare all their favourite dishes since it is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and all necessary utensils.

At night visitors can take a well-earned rest in the magnificent bedroom with a beautiful double bed and wardrobe for storing belongings. The bathroom has a fabulous bath with shower and offers a real sense of well-being. There is also a hair dryer.

The area surrounding the apartment has a number of shops and a supermarket for making any necessary purchases and its privileged location means it is also home to a good selection of restaurants and cafeterias.

The best option for visiting the city is to take a stroll and admire the wonderful Viennese architecture or to short trip on the metro lines U2 or U4 (U-Bahn) at Schottenring station, just a short distance from the apartment and a couple of stops to Karlsplatz.
