This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building (with a lift) and can comfortably sleep up to four people.

In the lounge guests can enjoy the comfort of designer sofas; one which is a double sofa bed. There is also a flat-screen television with satellite channels and a DVD player for watching favourite films. The fabulous dining room table in the lounge is a wonderful spot for meal times in company; dishes that can be comfortably prepared in the modern, independent kitchen fully fitted with all mod cons including a microwave. It also has access to the small furnished balcony ideal for enjoying a good cup of coffee in the sunshine.

The cozy bedroom has a wonderful double bed to guarantee a well-earned rest after a long day’s stroll around the city, and to be fresh for each new day. The bathroom has natural light and is fitted with a double sink and bath with shower for a real experience of well-being and relaxation.

The surrounding area is home to various supermarkets and small shops providing everything guests might need. For those who might not feel like cooking, there is a good selection of restaurants in the area. The strategic location of the apartment means visitors are just a few minutes’ walk from the famous theme park the Prater, and the extraordinary Hundertwasser house.
