The 42m2 apartment is situated on the seventh floor of a building with elevator access and is capable of comfortably accommodating up to 3 people.

The bright living room has large windows with magnificent views of the historic Fine Arts Academy and features a double bed and an individual sofa-bed. If you wish, the double bed can be separated into two single beds (though please advise in advance). Relax as you watch a bit of television, surf the internet or simply chat with your friends or family. The 15m2 balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day.
The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you might need, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher.
In the bathroom you will find a box shower and two washbasins for extra comfort.

If you are travelling by car, you will be able to make use of a parking space that is available on request and with an additional cost.

Upon leaving the apartment, with just a few minutes’ walk you will reach Saint Charles’ church, the Opera House, the Naschmarkt market, the Hofburg Imperial Palace, the museum district and Saint Stephen’s Cathedral, to name just a few.
