This charming 60m2 apartment is situated in a building with elevator access in the ninth district of Alsergrund and is capable of accommodating up to 5 guests.

The entire apartment has been tastefully decorated in warm tones. In the living room you will find a nice double sofa-bed where you can unwind as you watch television or surf the internet, as well get a good night’s sleep. For an additional guest there is an individual sofa-bed.
You will be able to enjoy a nice atmosphere in which to share a meal at the large dining table located in the dining area. The kitchen is separate from the living room and is well-equipped, including some extra comforts to make things a little easier, for example a dishwasher.
The bedroom features a double bed and plenty of space for you to store your belongings. After a long day of sightseeing you will be able to relax in the bathroom’s bathtub. For extra comfort, the toilet is located in a separate room.

You will find a range of shops and restaurants both in the area around the apartment and in the nearby city centre, reachable with the tram – the Canisiusgasse stop (Lines 37 and 38) is located almost directly in front of the apartment. Start your route in the Old Town and let yourself be seduced by Vienna’s charms Be sure to include a visit to the Naschmarkt and try some of the delicacies you will find on offer there.
